After earning her degrees and licensure in construction engineering, contracting, and legal studies, Nicole started her career in one of the most challenging and exciting industries: commercial (hospitality and gaming) construction. Working on iconic projects along The Strip, she honed her skills in managing large-scale builds, coordinating teams, and delivering exceptional results under tight deadlines. While these projects were monumental in scope, she realized her true calling was much closer to home — creating spaces that reflect the dreams and needs of everyday people.
